As an Apprentice Greens Keeper, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of turf management maintenance while working alongside experienced professionals. You will gain hands-on experience whilst earning your qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily maintenance including mowing, aerating, and fertilizing.
- Learn proper techniques for turf management and pest control.
- Help with irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants, trees, and shrubs on the property.
- Collaborate with the greenskeeping team to uphold safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
