Australian Training Company is an Australian not-for-profit organisation that operates a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), offering nationally recognised courses.

This traineeship role suits someone who has good communication, attention to detail and computer skills. Over the course of the traineeship you will learn enrolment processes, producing simple and complex business documents, website development and maintenance, and customer engagement.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Communication with students, employers, trainers and other stakeholders
  • Managing student enrolment records
  • Assisting with the development of training plans
  • Assisting trainers develop training materials and assessments
  • Provide student support
  • Provide course information to prospective students
  • Assist with the maintenance of the RTO website

Role and Responsibilities

  • Communicate as part of the team
  • Accurate and efficient data entry and processing of student information
  • Contribute to process improvement and implementation of innovation
  • Provide administrative assistance to trainers
  • Provide administrative assistance to ATC staff in other departments

Preferred Requirements

  • Eligible and willingness to undertake traineeship in Certificate III or IV in Business
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Willingness to learn new computer systems and use technology to increase performance of the RTO and improve user experience and learning outcomes.
