Duties:
Serving customers with a professional and friendly approach
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy
To be successful in the role you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer inquiries
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
